Frequently Asked Questions

If you are new to massage or unsure which treatment is right for you, these answers may help. You are always welcome to call or email with further questions.

What should I wear and bring to my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early. We provide towels, robes and disposable undergarments if needed. You may undress to your level of comfort, and you will be appropriately draped throughout your treatment.

Can I book if I am pregnant or have a medical condition?

Yes, in most cases. Please share any medical conditions, medications or pregnancies when booking so we can match you with the most suitable therapist and adapt your session. In some situations we may ask for clearance from your healthcare provider.

How do I choose the right massage or therapy?

You do not need to decide alone. During your consultation, your therapist will talk through your goals, daily activities and any areas of concern, then recommend the most appropriate treatment or combination.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee so we can fairly support our therapists’ time.
